Welcome to Resiliency Counseling Services!
Life isn't always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people among us need a little bit of help to work through some of life's more challenging problems.

Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point in their lives. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, or any other issue, you should know there is hope for a better tomorrow. Whether your struggle is recent or a life-long issue, I am here to help.

I believe every person has the power within to overcome and manage their life's obstacles, yet we just don't always know how to access our power. I will assist you and challenge you to assess your tools, identify and utilize your strengths, and find and develop new copings skills. Our mind works vigorously to heal itself. Together we will give it the permission to process, move forward, and thrive. Together we will build upon our resiliency.
Wait, what is Resiliency?
Resiliency is the ability to overcome challenges of all kinds–trauma, tragedy, personal crises, plain ‘ole’ life problems–and bounce back stronger, wiser, and more personally powerful.

In the event you are looking for treatment of a condition that falls outside of my professional training (for example, active eating disorders or substance abuse treatment), I will do my very best to refer you to a provider who has the training and experience you need.

Between a stimulus and a response there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
